I know what it’s like to look “fine” on the outside while your body is still bracing, protecting, pleasing, pushing, or preparing for something to go wrong. After more than 20 years in the healing arts, two master’s degrees, and 30+ certifications in NLP, somatic healing, and trauma-informed modalities, I’ve learned this with my whole body: You don’t heal by thinking harder. You don’t heal by pushing through. You don’t heal by pretending the past didn’t shape you. You heal when your body finally feels safe enough to let you return. The Return is an 8-week trauma-informed somatic coaching experience that helps you stop self-abandoning, build real nervous-system safety, and create lasting change—without forcing, bypassing, or overanalyzing. Therapy often explores the past or what they think and feel intellectually. This work focuses on the body's response and the present patterns keeping you stuck and gives you tools to interrupt them now. Powerful questions bypass defense mechanisms that talking about problems often reinforces. Most clients feel a real shift within the first session.
Each week includes a video Lesson to watch at your own pace, a Live Integration Call, Small Tasks (Milestones) to actually apply the work, Daily Check-ins to integrate what’s shifting, and Daily Reflection Prompts to stay connected in just a few minutes a day.
This is designed to be fast, powerful and effective, just like all my coaching methods. Feeling overwhelmed? That's exactly how the nervous system tries to protect you from the 'unknown'. It's perfectly normal. There will be an entire loving, compassionate group to hold space for you to stretch, grow and evolve, as they are going through the same journey as you!
Sessions are designed for busy lives. But more importantly - the cost of staying stuck is already enormous. Live calls happen every Monday at 12:00 PM Eastern. Each call is 60 minutes total: 45 minutes of teaching/coaching + 15 minutes of Q&A. If you can’t attend live, you can watch the replay inside the app during the program.

You’ll be supported in two ways: a shared group space for encouragement and momentum, plus a private 1:1 chat thread with Shandra for personalized guidance as you move through the work. What are the boundaries for 1:1 chat support?

Standard chat support is available weekdays 9am–5pm Eastern, with a 72-hour response window. This keeps the container sustainable and gives you consistent support without creating dependency.

If you’re hoping someone else will “do it for you,” or you’re not willing to be uncomfortable in the name of real change, this won’t be the right fit—and that’s okay. This work is designed to build stability, not flood you. This is direct, honest, and results-oriented. You'll be challenged, not coddled. Expect real questions, uncomfortable clarity, and specific tools, not affirmations and vision boards. High performers tend to make the fastest progress here because they actually do the work. While it may be tempting to 'power through' and hurry to get to the next breakthrough, this too may be a pattern that is bypassing you doing the work. Don't be shocked if I lovingly point this out.
